My name is Evelyn Brown. This is my second year teaching at Fusion. I am currently working on my Biology degree at MTSU. I also have my ACE group fitness training certification. As a teacher, I am passionate about hands-on, interactive learning. I believe students learn best when they are actively participating in class.
Growing up in a theatrical and musical performance-heavy home, I have been on the stage since I was 14 months old. Learning to play the piano ignited my passion for music. From there, I joined the Nashville Children’s Choir, where I received the reward for Honors Student. Since then,n I have been under the instruction of Stephanie Jones at MTSU. I have competed in NAATS, was a finalist in the Schmit Voice Competition, and was accepted into the Governor’s School of the Arts, where I took countless musical theory and vocal classes.
I am currently working as a voice teacher at Jones Vocal Studio as well as a dance and P.E teacher at Legacy Homeschooling. I can’t wait to teach and watch your children grow this next school year!
